Earth and Environment at Florida International University (FIU) invites applications for an open rank (Assistant, Associate, Full Professor), tenure-track/tenured position in the area of Environmental Policy, to begin Fall 2012.
We seek an outstanding candidate with research focused on Energy Policy or related areas. The level of appointment will depend on the candidate's qualifications. Duties include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in environmental and energy policy, including some existing courses required in support of current degree programs. The successful candidate is expected to establish a vigorous research program, supervise M.S. and Ph.D. students, and obtain external research funding. A Ph.D. in a field relevant to environmental policy is required at the time of appointment.
